Why Me? I can bring the kind of experience, maturity, and versatility to your wedding that will make it a professional, warm and unique experience for you and your guests. I encourage an atmosphere of relaxation and humor and include only those ideas you want in your wedding ceremony. It's your day and it needs to be a direct expression of you.
Some wedding officiants bring a religious perspective to your wedding ceremony. I don't do that but, I'm happy to include anything from your tradition in the ceremony at your request.
Some couples prefer to meet a wedding officiant before hand. I'm available for appointments . Other couples arrange for their special day via email and phone discussion. Rehearsals are optional. Some couples save the additional cost by conducting their own rehearsal or by relying on the consultant at their wedding ceremony location.
|  My Ordination The Universal Life Church is the only denomination in the world that opens its doors to all; we are a non-denominational ULC church. We support a full spectrum interfaith ministry.
The ULC Monastery represents freedom, and to have freedom you can not make demands upon individuals. Everyone is equal - the same level of greatness is enjoyed by all.
I am seeking to fulfill the spiritual needs of as many different groups as I can by offering a wide variety of services.
I strongly believe in the rights of all people to practice their beliefs, regardless of what those beliefs are, as long as they do not infringe on the rights of others and are within the law.
| Services
I am available to officiate at weddings in the Whatcom and Skagit County areas for people of all faiths, inter-faiths, and no faith, providing material which allows couples to construct their own personal wedding ceremony. I also provide material for including children from previous marriages, and have compiled "Readings" which can be used as part of the wedding ceremony. I am able to officiate weddings of various inter-faith traditions, as well as perform vow renewal and commitment ceremonies.
I will work together with you to direct wedding rehearsals and wedding ceremonies, putting together a wedding service plan, then being there to ensure that the rehearsal and wedding ceremony run smoothly.
Following the ceremony, I will present the couple with a Wedding Certificate and the copy of their Wedding ceremony used in the service. Also I will be responsible for completing their marriage license, having it witnessed and returned to the appropriate County office.
